Privacy Policy

Covenant Planner is a personal productivity app built for individual use. Your privacy is taken seriously. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.

Covenant Planner stores the content you create — tasks, goals, diary entries, mission statements, notes, and spiritual discipline records. This data is stored on your device and synced to your personal iCloud account via Apple CloudKit. Your data is never accessed, sold, shared, or transmitted to any third party.

Covenant Planner may access Apple Health data including activity, nutrition, and sleep information. This data is used solely to display your health information within the app. Health data is never used for advertising, never shared with third parties, and never sold. This complies with Apple HealthKit guidelines.

Covenant Planner uses Face ID or Touch ID to protect access to the app. Biometric data is processed entirely by Apple's LocalAuthentication framework on your device. Covenant Planner never stores or accesses your biometric data.

Your data syncs across your devices using Apple CloudKit under your personal Apple ID. This data is governed by Apple's iCloud Privacy Policy. Covenant Planner does not have access to your iCloud credentials.

Covenant Planner does not collect analytics, usage data, crash reports, advertising identifiers, location data, or any personally identifiable information beyond what you choose to enter into the app.

Your data lives on your device and in your personal iCloud account. Cancelling your subscription places the app in read-only mode. Deleting the app removes local data from your device. iCloud data can be deleted from your iCloud account settings.

Covenant Planner is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
